Will You be Ready if Disaster Strikes? -Employee Assistance Plan


With June 1 officially being the start of the 2014 Hurricane season, a business needs to be able to react immediately and confidently after a disaster, so it can quickly minimize losses and get back up and running. It’s helpful to develop a plan for how your business will aid affected employees, whether by providing financial assistance, connecting employees to the appropriate public agencies and services, or offering mental healthcare to help with the emotional impact of a disaster.
